Absolutely first class service from Andrew at Dbiss

Absolutely first class service from Andrew.
We instructed him to do a Level 3 survey + a roof drone survey on a Victorian terrace in London.
He booked in with the EA within a week and we had a call from him on the day of the survey to go through everything in advance of the written report arriving.

What struck me about Andrew was his incredible depth of knowledge, coupled with a through level of detail, and common sense approach to the issues raised.
We’ve found communication with him to be excellent.
Absolutely delighted with the service.

The written report was comprehensive, and the issues raised (along with estimated costs to fix) allowed us to negotiate our offer with the seller.

We looked around at various surveyors and I honestly don’t think there’s a better service out there.

Thorough and Accurate L3 Survey

Andrew did a very thorough assessment of a property that we were looking to buy. It’s clear that he has a lot of experience in dealing with properties and pointed out many issues which we may not have otherwise taken as seriously. In the end we pulled out after having his review looked at from a retired builder/friend who was impressed with the detail and depth of the survey.

No issues at all, responsive via e-mail and a detailed 10min phone call following survey in which Andrew covered all aspects. Report was as expected with some high quality photographs and Andrew answered some follow up questions promptly.

I am RICS member and CIOB member. Yes, we are fully insured.
Typically, between 2 to 3.
The structural integrity of a buildings is always the priority with any survey, whether L1, L2 or L3.
We aim to issue the report within 5 working days after the date of inspection. Payment to be settled before issuing the report.
Payment is via bank transfer. We will invoice you on the day after we have carried out the survey.
This is not generally a good idea for many reasons. However, if the property is uninhabited, it may be possible to meet at the property to go over feedback after the inspection is complete.
