We offer a 3D laser scanning service using the Leica BLK 360 which is highly accurate and produces a 3D point cloud of the property which typically comprise of the inside of the property and can include roof spaces, as well as external elevations and this can be used to aid renovation and redevelopment. The data captured can be viewed with free software to enable photographic three-dimensional walk through of these areas as well as the point cloud data from which basic measurements can be taken such as linear and square metreage to aid in the planning process. The RCP point cloud data will be provided. We can also provide an E57 files, and these files can be used within architect’s design software such as AutoCAD to be used for designing extensions and alterations.
We can also produce two-dimensional plans sections and elevations with the point cloud data, and we are happy to provide quotations for whatever elements of this service requested.
